How to access the Palau de la Música Catalana during the works on Via Laietana

During the works on Via Laietana, a protected and signposted pedestrian crossing will be set up on the sidewalk on the Llobregat side, in this section of Via Laietana.
The sidewalk Besòs will remain unaffected.

In the mountain direction, the circulation of vehicles between the pl. by Antoni Maura and pl. of Urquinaona will be cut.
From the pl. Idrissa Diallo - Correos will only be able to access the neighborhood, services and parking users.
In the direction of the sea, a bus lane and a lane for private vehicles will be maintained.
Change of provisional meaning of c. of Ortigosa.
Access to the Palau de la Música will be from Via Laietana and Carrer de Jonqueres and Carrer de Ramon Mas.

The access to the car parks will be possible on a regular basis.

Buses on lines 47, V15, V17, N8 and N28, in the mountain direction, will change their usual route.
These lines, in the direction of the sea, will maintain their usual course.
The neighborhood bus 120 will maintain its stops on Via Laietana.

The existing loading and unloading areas will be maintained.

The Palau wants to be a free space of COVID-19 . The facilities have been adapted with disinfection equipment and preventive measures and provided individual protection equipment for the staff.

Specifically, the equipment and materials that have been made available to reduce or minimize the effects of COVID-19 are:

  • Continuous ventilation of spaces, leaving doors open (except firewalls) for facilitate air renewal and to touch the handles as little as possible.
  • The common areas (Foyer and Rooms) will be disinfected every day before and after each concert.
  • Ozone-type disinfection machines.
  • Security screens at the reception, security and accommodation stands.
